For health & beauty DTC brands spending $30k-$250k/mo on Meta

Your brand doesn't need more ads. It needs a creative operating system.

Stop renting creative. Own the system that produces it.

Exodus installs a research-anchored creative OS in your brand: personas built from your customers' own words, awareness-led angles, AI-native production, and a weekly testing loop that turns results into a learnings library your team keeps.

Why ads stop scaling

Your ads didn't stop working. Your process for finding the next one did.

01
Targeting is solved.
Advantage+ and Andromeda give every brand the same delivery. The only variable still yours is what the ad says and how many versions of it you can try.
02
Most creative is guessed, then shot.
A UGC agency briefs a creator, waits three weeks, ships four videos and hopes. Four hypotheses a month is not testing. It is gambling with a long feedback loop.
03
Winners fatigue in weeks, not quarters.
If nothing is in the queue when the control dies, spend comes down and CPA goes up. That is the ceiling you keep hitting. It is a pipeline problem.

The fix is a system that turns customer research into thirty tested hypotheses a month and reads the results every Monday.

How it works

The Exodus Creative OS

Not another agency doing ads at you. An operating system installed in your brand: research decides what the ads say, data decides what survives, and your team keeps both.

01 / Map

Psych Map

We build your persona from the inside: hundreds of reviews, competitor ad comments, the Reddit threads she posts in at 11pm. We reverse-engineer her tone of voice, her pain points, her desires, and what she has stopped believing, then map her awareness level and the market's sophistication.

Output: a persona and belief document. Yours to keep.
02 / Angle

Angles from the map

Not from a brainstorm. Her awareness level decides what the ad has to say first. The market's sophistication decides what it's allowed to claim. Her own words become the hooks. Every ad in the account traces back to a line in the research.

Output: a ranked angle bank and one belief per campaign.
03 / Produce

AI-native production

Statics, UGC, talking-head and mini-VSL formats produced in days, not weeks. Real creators only where they beat AI for the format. No shoot days, no creator invoices, no footage that came back unusable.

Output: first batch live within 14 days. 30 to 50 net-new creatives a month.
04 / Sprint

Weekly sprint loop

Every Monday you get one page: what happened, by hook, hold and lead. Winners get new hooks and new formats. Losers get killed. The reason gets logged.

Output: a Monday report and a winner library that compounds.
The flywheel, not the trend cycle

Every sprint feeds the learnings library: hooks that held, angles that died, formats that printed and why. Month twelve runs on month one's data, not on whatever format trended on LinkedIn this week. And the library is yours, documented in your workspace, trained into your team, not locked in our heads.

Worked example

Say you're scaling a retinol serum in the UK.

The product changes. The process doesn't. Gut health, skincare, supplements: it runs the same way every time.

  1. Map
The market has seen every claim.
UK retinol buyers have read 'clinical strength' a hundred times, so claims are dead on arrival. Before anything else we map the market's sophistication: what's been said, what's overused, and what she's immune to.
  2. Map
    She's 44. She's tried three serums.
The persona is built from reviews, ad comments and the exact words she uses, down to her tone of voice. She believes retinol just irritates her skin. She isn't looking for another promise. She's looking for the one credible exception.
  3. Angle
A better reason, not a bigger claim.
The angle explains why the last three failed her and what is different this time. It agrees with her scepticism before it answers it.
  4. Produce
    The format follows the argument.
A 60-second talking-head that earns belief slowly, plus three statics that lead with the failed-alternatives line. Eight variants live in week one.
  5. Sprint
    Then the winner multiplies.
Week two: the two hooks that held past three seconds get four new bodies each. Part of every batch doubles down on winners. Part goes to big swings. Then repeat.

Founders who've run the engine

BrendanNYDJ

What changed in the ad account, in his words

He develops sharp, well-structured briefs across UGC, founder-led content, and design, and manages the process with real organisation and speed – turnaround is fast without ever feeling rushed. His reporting is clear, concise, and always action-led, translating data into decisions rather than just numbers on a page. He's also genuinely invested – he'll flag optimisations and jump on account tweaks even outside standard hours, which speaks to how much ownership he takes.

Prior to working with Exodus Creatives, I was stuck with consultants who didn't drive results, so it was a big relief when we started. Pascu truly understands how performance marketing differs from standard branding. The process has been result-changing for us; we recently hit our best day ever in sales, followed immediately by our second-best day. I could not recommend Exodus Creatives enough.

Best sales day in company history, then the second-best the day after
Not only is Pascu super knowledgeable at exactly what converts and what works from a creatives perspective, but he's the best I've ever seen at taking that knowledge and turning it into a repeatable system that you can install for your brand.
Aaron SeegerAaron SeegerFounder, Mana Marketing
Pascu is an excellent creative strategist who enables us to launch ads at scale, but also analyse results, iterating and optimizing creatives to drive down CPA and improve sales. Would highly recommend working with him.

Pascu brought a level of structure and data-driven thinking to our creative process that was critical to scaling on Meta. From ideation to testing and iteration, his strategic approach consistently delivered high-performing assets without compromising brand integrity. He became a trusted strategic partner, not just a collaborator.

How we work together

Start with a sprint. Scale with the engine. Keep the OS.

No 3- or 6-month contract. The sprint is the trial; if the deliverables don't work, you walk away.

Step one

14-Day Winning Ad Sprint

One product. One goal: put twenty new challengers against your current control, live within 14 days.

  • Psych Map and ranked angle bank: personas, awareness, sophistication, her own words. Yours to keep
  • 20 creatives live in your account within 14 days
  • Testing structure set up, or handed to your buyer
  • Readout after two weeks of data: what won, what didn't, what we'd scale

If it works, it rolls into the partnership. If it doesn't, you walk away.

Step two

Creative Engine Partnership

The OS, running in your account every week, sized to your spend. Month to month after the sprint.

  • 30 to 50 net-new creatives a month, all production and creator costs included
  • Two angle sprints a month, winners extended every week
  • One-page report every Monday
  • Slack line to the strategist who wrote the plan
  • Engine+: we also run the testing campaigns inside your account
  • The OS documented for your in-house team: briefing standards, learnings library, testing cadence

Sized to your spend on the call. No lock-in, 14 days' notice.

Where it goes from there. Both roads are good.
Expand

More products, more markets, more volume. The engine scales with your spend, and the learnings library makes every new launch cheaper to crack than the last.

Graduate

Ready to bring creative in-house? We hand over the keys, train your team on the OS they already own, and stay on as a light advisory layer: monthly research drops, learnings audits, angle refreshes. You graduate; you don't start over.

No lock-in

No 3- or 6-month contract. The sprint is the trial.

Walk away if it doesn't work

If the deliverables don't move the account, you stop. No exit fee, no argument.

You leave the first call with our read

What's fatigued, what's untested, three angles we'd run first. Whether or not we work together.

Fit

Built for brands that already have a product that sells

A fit if

  • You're a health, beauty or wellness DTC brand spending $30k to $150k a month on Meta.
  • Your AOV is above $40 and your margin survives a CPA test.
  • Someone on your side can approve creative within 48 hours.

Not a fit if

  • You're still looking for product-market fit. We'd only burn cash faster.
  • You spend under $20k a month. Thirty creatives need signal to be judged.
  • You want brand content. We make ads, and they are judged on CPA, not on likes.
  • You need one agency to buy all your media. Engine+ runs your testing campaigns; scaling stays with your buyer.

A note from the founder

Why I built an engine instead of an agency

I started Exodus Creative in August 2022 and have been the creative strategist behind health and beauty ad accounts ever since. The pattern was always the same: the brand had a winner, the winner died, and the agency needed six weeks to guess again.

So I stopped guessing. I wrote the research method down, turned it into a repeatable angle library, and rebuilt production so a hypothesis can be live in days instead of weeks. Four years and 10,000 analysed creatives later, I run it across 13 accounts, teach it inside a 45-member community of Romanian e-commerce operators, and cap Exodus at five partner brands so each one gets the person who wrote the playbook.

When your ads stop scaling, you need a queue that never runs dry. That is what I built.
